Formatting the font, font size and style

To change the font in the last dictated text:

Say "Format that <font>".

To change the font for a part or for a document:

  1. Dictate the text.
  2. Select the text for which the font should be changed. If you want the font to change for the entire document, say "Select All".

  3. Say "Font <font>".

Change the font for certain words:

  1. Say "Mark"text>".

    The correction menu opens.

  2. Say "Format the ".

Remove bold:

Say "Undo" or "Format this normally".

Font, size and style: combination

You can format the font, size, and style for the selected text with a single command. However, your command must apply the attributes in this order:

<font> <font size> <Font style>

You don't have to name all of the attributes.

Format the font, size and style:

  1. Dictate the text you want.
  2. Say "Format that <font> <font size> <Font style>".

Or

  1. Say "Mark"text>".

    The correction menu opens.

  2. Say "Format that <font> <font size> <Font style>".
