Knowledge communication in organizations

The aim of the book is to give more weight to the communication perspective in the transfer of knowledge. The authors pursue the question of how communication can be designed to improve internal and external knowledge transfer. The first part deals with the theoretical basics of knowledge communication from a research perspective. In the second part, methods and instruments of knowledge communication for practice are explained using case studies. In the last part, on the one hand, the design factors of knowledge communication, which were discussed on the basis of the case studies, are critically assessed. On the other hand, the implications for further research on the concept of knowledge communication are shown on the basis of a theoretical reflection.
